1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 2999be ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website at https://2999be.app, its subdomains, any related mobile applications, and all services, features, and content made available through those channels (collectively, "the Service").

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2999be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via the platform's notification system or email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or inconsistency.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 2999be platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You have not previously had a 2999be account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 2999be or any third-party responsible gambling organisation that would prohibit your participation.
• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.

2999be may request documentary proof of age at any point. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe specified by our verification team, your account will be restricted until verification is complete. Winnings accrued during a period of unverified age will be held and released only once verification is successfully passed.

3. Account Registration

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account.

You are permitted to hold only one registered account with 2999be at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2999be employs automated detection tools to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by a third party who obtained access through your negligence — will be treated as having been authorised by you.

• All registration information must be truthful. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must update your account information promptly if any detail changes (e.g., change of mobile number or residential address).
• 2999be may require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at registration or at any point thereafter, including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of residential address.
• Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification within the specified deadline will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on 2999be are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your 2999be balance within 1–3 minutes for MFS channels and within 30–60 minutes for bank transfer, subject to network availability.
• 2999be does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Your MFS provider may apply standard transaction charges; please refer to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket fee schedule.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for MFS channels and ৳2,000 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15–30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours of 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 2999be account. Identity mismatch will result in the withdrawal being rejected pending verification.
• 2999be does not charge withdrawal fees. The platform bears the cost of all MFS transaction charges on the withdrawal side.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, 2999be may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Players are encouraged to complete KYC at registration to avoid delays at the time of first withdrawal.
• Any deposit that has not been wagered at least once is subject to a review process before withdrawal, in order to prevent payment system abuse.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

2999be offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute different percentages towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and free spin winnings must be wagered within the time period specified in the individual promotion. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the time limit results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at 10x the original bonus value.

• Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit bonus mechanics — including through coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional conditions — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

2999be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the change taking effect.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 2999be platform, you agree to use the Service in good faith and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and generally accepted standards of fair conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent or manipulate the platform's security systems, payment infrastructure, game logic, or random number generation processes.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes or manipulate sports betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the 2999be platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent account limits, bonus restrictions, or self-exclusion orders.
• Using another person's payment account to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2999be support staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misquoted odds in a systematic manner. Any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
• Attempting to access 2999be's backend systems, databases, or administrative interfaces without authorisation.

Breach of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 2999be reserves the right to take immediate action in response, including suspending access to the Service, voiding bets or winnings derived from the prohibited conduct, closing the account, and reporting the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2999be platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of 2999be or its licensed game providers and content suppliers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the 2999be platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Service.
• Use the 2999be brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement without written permission.
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract information from the platform for commercial purposes.

All game content provided through the platform is owned by the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is licensed to 2999be for delivery to end users. Use of game content is governed by the terms of those game providers in addition to these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 2999be may be used by us freely without obligation to compensate you, attribute the idea to you, or maintain confidentiality about it.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

2999be reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• Suspected money laundering or suspicious transaction patterns.
• A court order or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder via our Responsible Gaming tools.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 2999be reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any withdrawable balance (i.e., real-money funds, net of any unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
